Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your sign in details private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for the information you give us, including your keiki's details, and for keeping it up to date. Parents you invite to your family can see and manage the same keiki, registrations and orders.

A registration is not complete until a parent or legal guardian signs the waiver and confirms it through the sign in link we email. Registrations left unconfirmed for 7 days may be released. Ocean activities carry real risk. Our instructors follow strict safety steps, but you must tell us about any medical condition, swim ability or other need that affects your keiki's safety.

We may change, move or cancel a session because of surf, weather, water quality, beach closures or staffing. Safety comes first and the lifeguard on duty has the final say.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Donations and sponsorships are gifts to a nonprofit and are generally not refundable. If you made a mistake, email us within 14 days and we will do our best to help. Monthly donations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us.

Shop orders can be picked up or shipped. Prices, shipping and tax are shown before you pay. If an item arrives damaged or the wrong size, contact us within 30 days for an exchange.

We may take photos and video during sessions and share them on our website and social media. If you don't want your keiki featured, tell us in writing and we will respect that. Everything on this site, including our logo, text and photos, belongs to the foundation or is used with permission. Please don't copy it for commercial use without asking.

Don't use the site to break the law, send spam, try to get into other people's accounts, or interfere with how the site works. We may suspend accounts that do.

Texts are optional and covered by our SMS Terms. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the foundation is not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the site. Nothing here limits the waiver you sign at registration or any rights you have under Hawaiʻi law.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
