We at MMMFI, in cooperation with Kamehameha Schools, excited to announce the addition of our second Junior Lifeguard Training Team on the Leeward Coast of Oahu. The program is "FREE" for kids on the Leeward Coast! The two teams will alternate weekly session at Makaha Surfing Beach, Poka'i Bay and Nanakuli Flats Beach Park.

We at MMMFI, in cooperation with Kamehameha Schools, excited to announce the addition of our second Junior Lifeguard Training Team on the Leeward Coast of Oahu. The program is "FREE" for kids on the Leeward Coast! The two teams will alternate weekly session at Makaha Surfing Beach, Poka'i Bay and Nanakuli Flats Beach Park.
The weekly sessions are for children 11 to 17 years old. It will start on June 3rd and run through July 12th, with the Oahu Junior Lifeguards Championships to be held on Saturday July 27th, 2024 at Makaha Surfing Beach!
Sign-up: Monday mornings at 8:30am at designated beaches. Makaha Surfing Beach, Poka'i Bay, Nanakuli "Flat's" Beach Park,
Sessions start at 9:00am to 2:00pm Monday thru Friday.

Educating them about the dangers and hazards of the ocean, and how to recognize when danger is near! As well as how to enjoy the ocean waters safely. Always swim at a lifeguard covered beaches.
